These guys are great! We suspected we had a blockage in our septic system, plus we needed the tank emptied after being in the new house for 2.5 years. After researching septic services online, we saw the reviews online for Jones Septic and decided to give them a call. We’re so glad we did! We called them on Sunday night and they came to our house by 9am the next morning. The guys were kind and patient; we couldn’t locate our septic tank (new construction and cap was buried). After locating it, they went to work! While cleaning our septic tank, they also educated me on the system, as well as what to / not to do with a septic system. After a little while, the blockage was removed and the septic tank was cleaned out thoroughly.
